Abstract |
Romania has assumed the Circular Economy. It can reinvigorate the Romanian Economy. In Romania the "Productivity of the resource" must be increased. At EU-28 level this is 2 Euro / Kg of material and in Romania it is only 0.40 Euro / Kg of material. The idea of "zero waste at the pit" is assumed, and recycling should be implemented, ie the duration of the recyclable is higher; Romania can become an example for Europe. You only need: 1) a good plan, 2) a good application, and 3) an investment. Erroneously, conceptually and traditionally outdated, the problem of waste, sanitation, collection, transportation, storage, treatment, processing and recovery of waste is considered, encompassed and cataloged among services. The Circular Economy, however, imposes a strong industrial value chain in the field, as the collection, transport, storage, technological treatment, physico-chemical, mechanical and waste processing are, in essence, pure industrial activity. In article e proposes the rapid official reconsideration of the field by moving it from the sphere of services to the industrial productive-economic system. |
