Abstract |
This article presents the hierarchical structure of EU criteria in the field of Green Public Procurement (GPP) with regard to environmental protection. The presented criteria are recommended when awarding public contracts for water and sewage infrastructure projects, however the choice of these criteria is left in line with the project goal. Based on the adopted criteria, a multi-criteria project evaluation model was presented, taking into account the importance of individual criteria. On the basis of the model constructed in this way and the assumptions made, it is possible to simulate optimal solutions and, as a result, thoroughly analyze the projects and determine the optimal design. |
