Abstract |
This paper comes to present the interest in the regulation tools and laws of smart city as well as how the artificial intelligence can help to diagnose the level of maturity of the local regulation through the textual data analysis. Secondly, we address the assessment of the orientation of the regulatory efforts within the cities through the analysis of diagnosis results. |
