| Abstract |
Will we maintain our dominant position as a dominant species - is this a big fear for humanity about new technologies in the future? In other words, is there a chance that machines and artificial intelligence will displace people. These technologies are aimed at facilitating the lives of people and business organizations, supporting this statement is the current work. The article shows how to select smart city cadres, making it quick, easy and convenient for all stakeholders in the process. The benefits are reciprocal - for people and organizations - by implementing the idea of Smart People Recruiting, it will lead to a reduction in the negative economic phenomenon of unemployment. Technology will not only replace people but increase their standard of living. |
