| Abstract |
Make Quito a digital city is the strategy promoted by the Municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito. This article presents the progress made in the capital of Ecuador regarding access, coexistence and technological innovation that are available to citizens, The aim of the plan is to improve the living conditions of the people of Quito through technology, therefore, the planning of the "Digital Agenda, socially innovative 2022" seeks to achieve a high level of digital development, so that in the future convert to The city in a reference in the region, a new element is added to this project which is social innovation, this component implies that not only the municipal authorities are responsible for the technological evolution in the city, but also a task shared with Society, public and private entities. |
