Abstract The paper proposes a novel architecture that combines Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low-Code Development Platforms (LCDP), and the Integrated Smart System Platform (ISSP) to enhance urban automation. This synergy aims to improve operational efficiency in smart city management. RPA serves as a complementary sensing tool alongside IoT sensors and APIs, automating data collection and integration processes, while LCDPs simplify the development of automation solutions for users with varying technical expertise. The study involves a four-stage methodology: a literature review, defining the architecture, platform development, and implementation/testing through a case study at the Semarang City Disaster Management Agency. Evaluation using CATWOE analysis and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) highlights areas for improvement in stimulation and dependability, emphasizing the need for addressing these issues for successful integration.
