Abstract RSUs (Roadside Units) are used in vehicle networks to improve vehicle communication capabilities, such as transmitting control messages and giving internet connectivity to vehicles. The development of congestion management algorithms that ensure successful delivery of safety signals in vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication has received a lot of attention in recent years. This study presents an RSRU TM method for better traffic management in order to provide a secure manner of delivery. In Vanet, we developed a way for designing an effective Random Service oriented roadside unit for traffic management (RSRU-TM), which improves traffic control. The on-board vehicle unit, server-side unit, and client-side unit all receive signals from the nearest cloudlet using our RSRU-TM mechanism. After that, give the data transmission activity via VA. As a result, the Vehicular Authority (VA) develops an adequate transportation plan in order to create a traffic management scenario. To accomplish successful IoVN, compute congestion avoidance, data transmission, distance coverage scenario, and traffic management parameters (Internet based Vehicular Network). In terms of latency, traffic management, and delay, the proposed parameter has been enhanced. Copyright (C) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
