| Abstract |
There is a growing number of web-based public services application in Indonesia especially on smart city development. However, there is a general opinion that cyber security in Indonesia gets less attention by government and public services provider. This paper is trying to propose a simple method for measuring the level of data transport security using https checking method. It is consider as simple, fast, and does not violate the law because it only sees whether the security system on connection between client and server is installed or not. |
