Abstract |
It is said that great user experience starts with great user centric design. This paper narrates how Presumptive Design (PrD), a design research technique, was used by a small UX team of 3 volunteers to rapidly and inexpensively overcome a tight schedule and come up with a UX design for project called Car Park Finder. We will explore how through some perseverance, PrD was used successfully to develop a working proof of concept that became a showcase for a Smart City solution. |
