| Abstract |
Governance and policy rules is needed in smart payment to ensure smoothness, security, integrity and confidentiality of transactions. Utilization of technology in financial transactions must also be in line with the rules in a country. In this paper, we conduct a systematic literature review to find the smart payment service governance that supports smart city development in accordance with the literature and the rule of law in Indonesia. |
