Abstract In order to end the commercialization of data and give rise to the emergence of new types of decentralized management, common systems advocate a more participative citizenship. This paper aims to systematize and differentiate three interrelated common lines, considered as the driving force for greater transparency for the public, allowing direct democracy. Finally, different alternatives are proposed for classification and management of common goods and citizen communication networks that facilitate their understanding in the current context.
