Chinese style of smart city is that the development between the big cites and the small towns should be well coordinated. That is to say that both smart city and smart town should be co-built There are more than 20000 towns, which undertake many important functions, such as the resettlement of population, absorbing employment and promoting the urban-rural integration in the process of urbanization. So it is very important and of being strategic for us to build Chinese towns well. Smart city shows the direction for the development of small towns. The paper, putting Matou town of Ruichang city in Jiangxi province as an example, discusses the seven relations in building smart town, which are namely the relation between government and society, the achievements in officer's career and the peoples livelihood, universality and individuality, technology and service, development and ecology, town and rural and the relation between planning and utilitarianism. |
