| Abstract |
Based on the symbiotic theory, this paper dedicates to the coupling of materials, energy vertically, widthwise and regionally, dedicates to promote the development of the overall, coordinated, and circulatory network-based circular economy. This article constructs a scientific, reasonable, and feasible circular economy institutional system, which will make economic entities or regional economy form the relationship of deriving from each other, interdependent and mutual support. This article indicates three development patterns of the development of domestic symbiotic circular economy based on the study of domestic and foreign literatures and constructs the institutional system of circular economy development, respectively, from government, corporation, and noninstitution with the foundation of the problems of circular economy development. |
