Abstract |
The goal of this paper is to outline core processes of human resources according American and Japanese style of management in relation to corporate social responsibility for sustainable development and its contribution to concept of Smart Cities. This paper is elaborated based on secondary research of available publication on human resources and on own analytic research of selected world's top companies from USA and from Japan with focus on differences in management of human resources. This paper set grounds for further researches on role of human resources management in sustainable development, possible participation of human resources management in concept of Smart Cities, and identification of opportunities to emphasize ideas of Smart Cities concept. This paper is part of solution of Project VEGA c. 1/00302/18 "Smart cities as a possibility to implementation the concept of sustainable urban development in the Slovak Republic". |
