| Abstract |
Open Data is an important activity for our society, improving many aspects of our lives. Despite the existence of data catalog platforms as CKAN, the complexity and costs of achieving the publication of Open Data are still a challenge. This paper analysis existing tools related to Open Data publication, creating a taxonomy to compare and evaluate those tools through experimentation. Concluding that the presented tools were not able to properly achieve the criteria, thus, proposing the futures works to he the designing and implementation of a new tool, aiming to decrease the complexity and costs, and to make possible non-IT technicians to publish and manage Open Data, engaging the real data producers in the Open Data movement. |
