Abstract This research endeavors to comprehensively examine stakeholder engagement in the context of smart mobility as it pertains to the sustainable development of campus towns in Thailand. The primary focus of this investigation lies in the meticulous design of the data collection process, employing stakeholder participation techniques, including the convening of focus groups representing various sectors, e.g., government, private enterprises, educational institutions, and citizenry within the geographical area of campus town. This study seeks to explore a spectrum of dimensions, encompassing the stakeholders' exigencies, perspectives, attitudes towards prevailing challenges, their capacity to employ innovation and technology in advancing developmental objectives, and the formulation of policies to address extant issues. The findings of this inquiry reveal that stakeholder cohorts are capable of discerning multifaceted interventions and institutions capable of collaboratively addressing the challenges encountered in fostering an efficient mobility ecosystem, encompassing systematic, infrastructural, and policy-driven measures, thereby contributing to the formulation of comprehensive developmental strategies.
