| Abstract |
Sustainable development of the investment and construction sector is one of Russia's priority goals. The implementation of this goal is possible through the realization of "smart cities" concept based on innovative digital technologies. Basing on the method of economic and mathematical modeling, the authors developed a dynamic model of sustainable economic development using the smart technology. This will allow to substantiate a new theoretical approach to assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of smart city projects. This study may be useful for scientific community members, experts of big companies and analytical centers as well as small and medium businesses who are professionally interested in smart technologies development in the investments and construction sphere. |
