Abstract The escalating rise in global climate change poses a significant threat to the world. To address this, EU introduced the Green Deal Initiative and Consensus to achieve carbon neutrality across the continent by 2050. Consequently, organizations must engage in carbon footprint calculations, establish green funds, and embrace renewable energy resources to secure the world. Digital transformation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence algorithms have emerged as valuable tools, offering support across various facets of renewable energy generation, distribution, storage, consumption, and organizational learning and adaptation. This paper introduces a recommendation model based on the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) designed to address the growing demand for clean or green energy platform that facilitates the alignment of institutional and personal training needs with the principles of green funds, renewable energy, and carbon footprint calculation, consumption, and waste management, etc. within the framework of the Green Deal. Finally, the approach is criticized and concluded based on LXP for providing and supporting Green Deal issues.
