| Abstract |
In Europe, cities have played an active role in the integration process and in different fields and have been the focus of transformation. There are work of European Union and Council of Europe on urban policies in Europe. The focus of documents drawing the framework of urbanization and urban rights in Europe, one of the most urbanization zones in the world, varies according to the conditions of the day, needs, and problems. Urban policies defined by European Urban Charter in 1992 and European Green Deal are about the present and future of Europe. The aim of this study is to evaluate the development and future of principles of European Urban Charter I/II, Urban Agenda for European Union and European Green Deal on urbanization and sustainability. |
