| Abstract | The European Union adopted the Climate and Energy Framework for 2030 in 2014, whose objectives were specified with the clean energy legislative package in 2018. Since then, the adoption of the climate neutrality objective, the European Green Deal, and the current complicated geopolitical context, have led to the approval of different plans, strategies, programmes and, finally, legislative acts that have significantly increased European commitments in the matter. |
