| Abstract |
In December 12, 2012, Wen Jiabao chaired a State Council executive meeting of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan ", with emphasis on putting forward the future construction of circular agriculture system. Currently, agricultural industrialization development impetus has been very good, but because of some shortcomings of development, it obliges us to gradually establish and improve the agricultural industry chain, guided with circular economy concept, strengthen rural and city cooperation and exchanges, the establishment of circulation agricultural industry system, drive agriculture and rural economics span type development, realize agricultural industry optimization and sustainable development. |
