Abstract Eco-Bio-Economy can be considered a test for a new economic vision that brings together in integrated forms: economy, ecology, biodiversity, eco-economy and the bio-economy and focuses on integrated intelligent sustainable development of the world. Eco-Bio-economy vision is to develop sustainable human welfare in all its forms, by an economy of the future, in the service of human life through wise use of environmental resources. Given the need of practical implementation of this revolutionary concept, this research paper uses a model-based regional sustainable development, based on two news approaches in clusters field: replacing existing models of "Triple Helix" or "Four Clover" with the new "Five for all" and the creation of a cluster of eco-bio-economic model by combining the characteristics of three types of clusters: bio-cluster, regional innovative cluster and cluster for research in education, sustainable development and social inclusion.
