Abstract |
This paper aims to provide sufficient evidence to enable it to form an opinion regarding the role business can play in environmental sustainable development. Also, what is meant by environmentally sustainable company, so their practices can be identified in the market as such. Similarly, there will be an indication of the importance of a System of Environmental Management within an organization qualified as "eco-management" and finally be given some practical advice from the organization, building on the efforts of specialized agencies at in the topic of environmental sustainability. The methodology was based on theoretical analysis of the sustainable and eco-management company and its current applicability as a strategy for competitiveness, which was applied hermeneutics for the interpretation of doctrinal content and reports of specialized agencies. Conclusion is that a company is sustainable eco-management creates value for economic, environmental and social short and long term, thus helping to increase prosperity and true progress of present and future generations |
