| Abstract |
The article provides briefing, concerning issue of corporate policy in area of corporate social responsibility, which forces companies managements to work out the business continuity plan in all its areas for sake of sustainability. Code of enterprise business ethics reinforces core values and drives company culture to compliance, ethical decision making and accountability. Furthermore ethic approach shapes the culture and defines the character of company. The core of article describes the ethical decision making model, which helps company structures and employees to make difficult ethical decisions and perform every aspect of their business activities with clear understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures. Article focuses on ethical conduct and compliance with the law, crucial for fulfilling the responsibility toward the stakeholders. |
