| Abstract |
Starting up a company requires external financial support until the business is sustainable. In the case of new ventures, turning to traditional sources of financing, such as banks, can be unsuccessful. Therefore, in the early stages of the business, the revenues generated, the assets and the business model are not enough to cover the operational funding needs. Faced with this difficulty in obtaining funds, new financial mechanisms emerge that make possible the necessary liquidity in times of restriction, becoming innovative financial models. This article aims to perform a bibliometric analysis of alternative sources of financing for entrepreneurship based on papers published in the Web of Science database until the year 2022. |
