Abstract This research aims to examine the intricate relationships among innovative leadership, market orientation, external regulatory compliance, and the sustainability of Technopreneurship in Indonesia. Utilizing empirical data analysis from Technopreneurship companies, this study employs a quantitative research approach using structural equation modeling (SEM) to investigate the relationships between innovative leadership, market orientation, external regulatory compliance, and the sustainability of Technopreneurship. Survey data is collected from a sample of 160 Technopreneurship firms operating in Indonesia. Key findings reveal significant associations between innovative leadership and external regulatory compliance, as well as market orientation and external regulatory compliance. However, the noteworthy discovery is that market orientation does not demonstrate a significant relationship with the sustainability of Technopreneurship. This suggests that while innovative leadership and external regulatory compliance play pivotal roles, the absence of a direct link between market orientation and sustainability highlights a nuanced aspect of Technopreneurship dynamics. This research contributes foundational knowledge to the understanding of Technopreneurship sustainability by examining the relationships between innovative leadership, market orientation, external regulatory compliance, and sustainability within the Indonesian context. The findings offer valuable implications for practitioners and policymakers to optimize strategies for sustainable Technopreneurship in the digital business era.
