Wisdom tourism is the direction of the future tourism development, it will bring profound changes for the entire tourism industry and have a far-reaching impact on the development of tourism industry; and also, it will make high demands on tourism talents. At present domestic efficient travel cultivation mechanism does not suit the needs of the "wisdom tourism" trend, therefore, it is necessary to develop a strategic planning for the cultivation of tourism talents and the cultivation of wisdom tourism talents should be a long-term goal. With a full play of the government's leading role and consideration of the subject status of the universities and enterprises, cultivation of qualified talents will finally be achieved. As a good combination of modern information technology and tourism, wisdom tourism has attracted considerable attention in recent years. Wisdom tourism development will ultimately rely on the wisdom of people, and in January 2015, the national tourism administration issued "guidance on promoting the development of wisdom tourism" which clealy strengthened wisdom tourism personnel training to meet the needs of the wisdom tourism. Wisdom tourism makes higher demands on tourism talents in such aspects as the knowledge, business skills, service attitude and creativity. Governments, universities and enterprises all play important roles in the wisdom tourism personnel training; government should give full play to its role as guideance and make a long-term sustainable talent development strategy; universities should properly set up the teaching mode, teaching content and form a teaching talents team of high quality; enterprises, as the end-result of tourism talents, should play its leading role in innovation. with combination of those three factors, wisdom tourism personnel training should be a long-term strategic planning of tourism industry. |
