Abstract Education-industry collaboration is a win-win learning and business strategy. Collaborative methods used include entrepreneurial internships and educational factory learning. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of the school-business partnership model through training and work-based learning. This type of research is structured as descriptive quantitative research. This is a data collection method using a questionnaire-style survey tool distributed to respondents with a total sample of 110 students. The findings show that, as educational institutions, schools should be able to produce graduates with skills that meet the needs of business and industry. Schools must be able to make their curricula viable, sustainable and industry relevant. The data results show that there is a positive and significant influence on improving entrepreneurship skills through entrepreneurship internship and teaching factory learning.
