| Abstract |
This study sought to identify how the management of sustainable innovation in small business is based on the models of Tidd, Bessant and Pavitt (2008) and Hansen, Grosse - Dunker and Reichwald (2009). More specifically explored was a company of Bio fertilizers Cruz Alta / RS, awarded in 2013 by Federasul in Agribusiness award winners with the case Symbiosis Agro, Sustainability and Success The study data, qualitative and descriptive, were obtained from semi-structured interviews with the manager of the company and supplemented by secondary data published on the company web site. The content analysis of the data obtained showed the existence of the practice of Sustainable Innovation Management since the company works with 100% natural products, innovative and sustainable, and has partnerships with stakeholders to generate technology, investment products however the company require expanding the product-service system and communication of product benefits. |
