| Abstract |
In the current context we need business models that generate innovation systematically and permanently. Therefore, the opportunity is no longer innovation in itself but in the organizational transformation, to create appropriate spaces of sustained innovation. The urgent question to answer is this: how to help traditional businesses to consistently reinvent themselves and become innovative (and monetize) organizations? In the following pages we will not put the focus on entrepreneurs but in the consolidated companies, that notice they must change because their offers are increasingly less interesting for market and society. |
