| Abstract |
The Productive Chain of milk in the Rio Grande do Sul is represented by a small number of and medium producers, where this product is the main Source of income. The efficiency of these companies reflects in the. development. of its regions. The goal of this research was to verify how some milk agro industry coordinates the resources to respond for the environment demand in this sector. The results showed a major attention with the physical resource. However, it is not sustainable due to its immobility and heterogeneity fact that can compromise sustainability of business in long run. |
