| Abstract |
The globalization, the new knowledge-based economy, the sustainable development: all these factors constantly conspire to reshape the contemporary business environment, and implicit the component companies. Now, the personnel represent the success key of a performing organization, the organization's success depending on how well the employees manage the relations and information assigned to them. In such a context the management needs significant capabilities regarding the change's anticipation or adaption for the business' good functioning. In order to obtain an optimal performance level, a greater importance should be assigned to the anticipation and planning, with the purpose of diminishing in the future the adaptation need. Our paper present a management model that interrelate these three dimensions on a multiple regression approach, and highlights the results of its empirical analysis on Romanian SME's. |
