| Abstract |
The study is to develop an economic model of pricing to explain the perception of tobacco growers and tobacco companies in southern Brazil on the amount of overtime worked in the production cost negotiated between the parties in order to minimize the conflicts. To this end, an interpretation of concepts, nature and measurement of the existing business model and the review and analysis of key indicators to measure related to it, analyze existing pricing models and theoretical framework that can support the construction of a new model pricing the cost of the work of the growers. |
