Abstract This study explores the utilization of coal fly ash and S400 ground granulated blast furnace combined with 10 mol NaOH solution (activator) and recycled brick sand (RBS) to assess workability and mechanical strength of geopolymer bricks. Optimal results were obtained with a binder-to-RBS ratio of 0.35 and 10 mol Sodium Hydroxide solution, achieved a compressive strength of 27.2 MPa after one day ambient temperature curing. Microstructural analysis revealed inconsistencies with a binder replacement ratio of 0.4. Integrating these automated building technologies into construction practices reduces construction time by approximately 11-fold compared to conventional methods, thereby minimizing industrial waste, resource consumption, and environmental impact, thereby promoting sustainability. Automation, AI, and low-carbon solutions facilitate this transition, signaling a shift towards a circular economy model in construction, thereby shaping the future of sustainable building practices.
