Abstract |
The study delves into a sustainable production model for deteriorating items, with a keen focus on both the environmental impact of products and the strategic utilization of digital marketing to bolster sales. As consumers increasingly prioritize eco-friendliness, the adoption of green packaging emerges as a prominent trend among companies. Concurrently, leveraging digital marketing strategies expands market reach, amplifying product exposure and revenue potential. Central to the model is the recognition of consumer demand dynamics, influenced by both product eco-friendliness and advertising efforts. Moreover, the study advocates for investment in preservation technology to curtail losses associated with deterioration. Within the context of sustainability, the model rigorously evaluates the efficacy of two distinct carbon policies-a carbon tax and a cap-and-trade mechanism. Strategically optimizing profitability, the study tactfully balances expenditure on green packaging, preservation technology investment, and digital marketing campaigns. The numerical analysis highlights the transformative impact of robust carbon regulations and underscores the indispensable role of green packaging and digital marketing in driving demand and profitability. Ultimately, the findings demonstrate a notable 28% surge in demand for environmentally friendly products and a consequential 20% increase in profit, affirming the pivotal importance of sustainable practices and strategic marketing in contemporary business landscapes. |
