Abstract It is inevitable to unveil the serious problems of resource shortage and environmental protection during the rapid development of economy. Therefore, how to balance the contradiction between them has become an urgent issue for the sustainable development of enterprises. In recent years, the introduction of a number of policies related to environmental protection by the Chinese government has made the public's green concept become increasingly popular, among which B2C (Business to Customer) enterprises, a sunrise enterprise in the era of network information, are facing greater challenges in the mode of direct connection between enterprises and consumers. The society is tending to seek the balanced development of environment and economy, and in order to fulfill sustainable development and improve competitiveness. B2C enterprises should introduce the green supply chain model to achieve the coordinated development of demand and supply in the green supply chain. This paper analyzed the supplier selection and coordination of B2C enterprises by establishing return coordination model in the green supply chain mode, and the results showed the necessity of green supply chain and provided a reference for B2C enterprises supplier selection and coordination.
