Abstract With the rapid development of economic globalization and information, diversified market demand and global competition become more and more fierce. In the current environment of global economic downturn and the increasingly fierce competition, multinational industrial supplies agent sales companies are faced with the market circumstances of increasing external competition, higher operating costs and falling profits. In this paper, according to the reality of multinational industrial supplies agent sales companies, use the basic theory and method of competitiveness to elaborate promote competitiveness promoting strategies for multinational industrial supplies agent sales companies, mainly including building business model of supply chain managers, selecting diversification based on competitiveness elements, establishing the learning organization and harmonious enterprise culture, and encouraging brand management and enhancing the marketing ability. In this way, business objectives and sustainable development of the company would be achieved.
