| Abstract |
In this paper an approach to the problem of dynamic modeling and management in an integrated intellectual scientific, manufacturing, infrastructure, educational and social environment of the industrial cluster based on the structure of processes and mathematical processing of statistical data is discussed. The paper highlights methodology of clusters model constructing, quantitative estimates of individual enterprise opportunities. technological capabilities of the enterprise as a whole, the transition from the enterprise to the cluster. An important infrastructure investment project application for cluster enterprise general combined automobile cargo transportation system is considered.
