| Abstract |
The financial problems in the field of obtaining energy from waste of economic and other activities have been investigated. It has been established that the launch of an investment cycle for the collection, sorting and energy utilization of waste requires the activation of processes to raise funds. From the standpoint of a systematic approach, the author's model of environmentally responsible financing of regional infrastructure projects in the field of energy waste management was developed on the basis of constructive interaction between the state, business, banks and civil society in the interests of sustainable development of a cyclical economy at the regional level. |
