Abstract |
In association with corporate sustainability, necessity of presence in sustainable actions that are in economic, social, environmental dimensions of business firms that satisfy next generations' needs of goods and service is approved as a common remark. In addition to physical, cultural and intellectual ones, necessity of giving weight to social capital of the company that aims to be sustainable in the social dimension is asserted. Social capital is whole sources that are acquired from social relationships by organizations. Obligatory of managing diversities that are connected with social, cultural, demographic etc. factors of companies that are adopted social capital management is formed. In this aspect, diversity management is ascribed to a key of achievement in global World. Goal of this study is to extensively examine the literature that is associated with social capital management by diversity management point of view and offer a theoretical model to use in future studies. |
