Abstract |
This study explores the complicated issue of maintaining environmental sustainability while promoting economic development, a challenging undertaking in quickly emerging economies. Utilizing the Generalised Method of Moments (GMM) model, the research examines 30 Chinese provinces between 2007 and 2020 to identify the innovations and strategies propelling previously unheard-of economic growth. The results show that provinces that have adopted technology and managed their resources well have made significant strides toward improving their GDPs, increasing resource efficiency, and lessening environmental degradation. The success of these strategies is influenced by community engagement in sustainability practices, technology investment, and local governance, as highlighted by the study. It makes the case for more funding for sustainable technologies, resource management tailored to each region, and a joint commitment to environmental responsibility for communities and businesses. |
