Abstract This article studies a new style of relationships (NER), a model of management developed in the Basque Country and shared by the organizations of NER Group, and presents the main results of the analysis of its cultural features as they are perceived by the persons who work with it. This style of relationships is based on persons, mainstay of organizations, who work in self-run teams, communicating to one another and sharing information, towards a future project. The organizations in NER Group develop internal solidarity (no dismissals, profit sharing.) and commit to bring answers to different society and community projects, devoting budget and working time, thus going beyond what has traditionally been understood as Social Corporate Responsibility (SCR).
