Abstract |
Education influences the quality of life. This paper analyzes a program developed in a professional training center for women - Condoray - in Canete Peru and demonstrates how microcredit, which is focused directly on the training of women, can guarantee a productive technical training in a relatively short time while strengthening their ability to learn continuously. It is evident, through an interpretative-descriptive analysis, that access to training with this type of credit provides women with the opportunity to receive a productive technical training while also enabling development of their own small business. The educational microcredit will have a positive, innovative, inclusive, replicable and sustainable model that will contribute to empowering woman which will then have a direct impact on the society.
