Abstract Given the challenges of globalization, integrated logistics and total quality are key concepts in learning organizations, due to the changing environment need to innovate in their management processes offering the customer the desired product or service, in order to stay in business. This article aims: To analyze the integral and total quality logistics as strategic tools in the creation of value and competitive advantages in organizations. For this purpose a descriptive documentary study aimed to investigate the appropriate improvements results in conjunction with management models that provide an advantageous position and sustainable logistics techniques are performed. Supported by the literature review by authors: Valencia (2013), Carro and Gonzalez (2013), Villarreal (2012), Lopez (2001), and others. As a result of this analysis, these tools represent for the organizations the engine that drives the creation of value, making them competitive advantages, focused on continuous improvement and excellence.
