| Abstract |
Economic development is often accompanied by varying degrees of pollutant emissions and environmental damage, with the world's sustainable development strategy concept become firmly, the environmental protection and energy conservation has become the focus of attention and a necessary strategic thinking to the countries in today's world economic and social development process. The environmental protection in China has always stressed the model of "government-led, business executives, public participation", corporate environmental responsibility is the cornerstone of environmental protection [1]. At the same time, the enforcement of environmental law and public attention degree continuously strengthened also has impact on the corporate environmental management. It would promote manufacturing enterprises formulate the corresponding environmental protection management strategy in order to survive and prosperity. This article will focus on that whether the local environmental policy tool can effectively improve the environment management ability of manufacturing enterprise and how the local could make the policy tool has a strong influence on the environmental management level.
