| Abstract |
The management of large economic systems with economic importance is connected with the complex variety of factors - economic, environmental and social. The principles and approaches to management of integrated corporate structures, systematized within the concept of economic growth due to the development of political institutions of the state and society on the implementation of the requirements of sustainable development not only in the public administration and private business practicesare considered. The needs of the practice in exploring the possibilities of the use of factors in the transformation of the integrated systems and structures of management of enterprises and companies of Kazakhstan to justify measures to improve their effectiveness were studied. The necessity of transformation of the strategic directions of the processes of economic transformation was defined. The ways to further adjust the model of good governance of corporate structureswere developed. The availability of resources, profitability, social responsibility and environmental protection are key factors and require comprehensive solutions by society as a whole. Extension of management functions to operational level is an important tool for the implementation of economically-feasible and socially-responsible models of management systems. |
