Abstract |
The objective of the study is to address free business model for local online music operational platforms (OMOPs) to expand different kinds of user scales by analyzing famous local or foreign online music operational platforms' business models and operating diversified and differentiating services with high quality to expand business profits. ZS Group is a new competitor or entrant for online music industry. It should take advantage of its own resources to adopt differentiating free business model, which can capture the market rapidly and efficiently, achieving the 'Fans' music' value proposition. This study hopes to. explore a relative sustainable business model that is full of profitability to help such state-owned digital media companies like ZS Group to go even further. |
