| Abstract |
At first, this article finds, by expounding e-business alliance, the competitive advantages of the e-business alliance are expressed in the advantages in resource sharing, the advantages of resources complement as well as new resources advantage among coalition partners. Then this paper analyze the elements what directly determine the competitive advantages of e-business alliance. In the meantime, the paper combined these elements with the essential characteristics of the theory of competitive advantage and e-business alliance to build a model of obtaining the competitive advantages of e-business alliance. Finally, several suggestions on how to maintain the competitive advantage of e-business alliance are made. |
