Abstract Objective of the study: This paper aims to propose a model of implantation and expansion of a fintech, by using direct integration of the recipient with the payer, focusing on customers who accept payment through the application without the need for a card issued by a traditional flag like Visa, Mastercard, Diners, etc.. Methodology/approach: The approach consists in the association of a method to add value to a fintech ecosystem, while simultaneously generating financial inclusion and profitability for investors and stakeholders of the environment, built based on searches in official sources and consultancy reports about statistics and deficiencies of the sector Brazilian financial system.Originality / Relevance: Digital payments using fintech systems are being widely used worldwide, there is a gap in the studies of the influence of these payment methods on business models, several studies address models and characteristics of technology acceptance, application usability, however, few analyze the potential for sustainable business transformation influenced by technological integrations made possible by APIs that fintechs use widelyMain Results: The results showed that it is possible to generate a profitable fintech ecosystem while enabling financial inclusion using the technology associated with innovative business models that integrate several low-cost service providers. Theoretical/methodological contributions: The results showed that it is possible to generate in Brazil a profitable fintech ecosystem using the technology associated with innovative business models that integrate several service providers, generating relevance and consumer loyalty.
