Abstract |
The hydrological characteristics of the Yellow River Basin is one of the key factors affecting the coastal urban planning and policy-making. Due to the hydrological regulation characteristics of the Yellow River, the community pension service mode of cities along the Yellow River can not be generalised with other inland cities. In this paper, the characteristics of hydrological regulation of the Yellow River and its impact on coastal cities are analysed. It summarises the innovative research on the business model of community-based elderly care service in coastal Town based on multiple sharing analysis and sustainable development. In the coastal cities of mainland China, the grasp of the details of the elderly care business service institutions is weaker than that of the coastal cities of Taiwan, which includes that the elderly care service institutions should support the surrounding business circles. There is a relative lack of government subsidies for the elderly. By analogy, based on the analysis of multiple sharing and sustainable development, this paper studies the innovation of community-based pension service model in coastal Town, and reveals the related problems. |
